Lego Alan Wake General
Saw this gem at target and now I need a Lego Alan Wake but instead typing out manuscript pages, he’s writing assembly instructions to build himself out of The Dark Place.

That was legit my first thought when I saw it at target. My grandma used to have an old typewriter that I'd play with as a kid. Now that I love AW, I really wish I grabbed it when they were going through her things...

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm a writer myself and would love to type on a typewriter. aaaaa

"The sensation was familiar and as I came to, I was back again... in the writer's room. The Dark Presence encompassing where my desk was but it didn't attack. As I approached it started dissipating, it only left a blocky version of my typewriter. As I sat down to write my next attempt at escape, only three words came to mind: Everything is Awesome"

The typewriter was a toy. Bits and pieces, cobbled together by dark forces. “That’ll be 69.99” the cashier said.
‘Nice’ I thought to myself. But the darkness surrounding the sealed box was overwhelming.

It's an incredible set, the mechanism is a bit fiddly, but it a very interesting way, love the vibe of it. It sits on my shelf next to the thermos

So they do exist. I thought it was a good Photoshop job. Now I really want to own one.

Honestly, as someone who grew up with the Lego games, I'd kinda love to play a Lego Alan Wake/Control. I can imagine Matthew Porretta doing the voice for Lego Alan as well.

The typewriter appeared on the shelves. But not on any shelves. Toy store shelves. They were made of blocks. At night, when everyone at the house was asleep, they would type anything. In the morning, parents and their kids would find out a large block in the form of a sheet, with square dots typed on them. They warned the cops. The lady from the bureau came with two agents. They took the toy typewriter to another house.
