Bro. No joke, I've been saying this since I watched HOD. It's great to see we have such a similar sense of humor.

The meme taste of this games player base matches their music taste

If the song has anything related to light, darkness, or the word "wake" then they'll gobble it up like pigs.

everyone on PC
You guys still care about physical disk? What is this 2003?!?!?!!

Yeah, unless all of these "physical or pass!" people are spending their entirety of their lives posting the same comment on thousands of games' Reddits, Alan Wake 2 is a bit of a weird hill to die on if they really are so passionate about game preservation.

Do you not think that important documents should not have physical copies?

I mean, I guess you could print out all lines of code for a video game and keep it in a folder under your bed for safe keeping.
But seriously, an important document and a video game are distinctly different. Documents have value outside of digital space (think a birth certificate, or a mortgage contact). A video game is useless without a computer/console to play it. They only have value because they are usable as digital media.
In the PC space basically 0 new PC's are bought or built for gaming purposes with a disk drive so all game purchases are digital by default. So this idea that so many console gamers cling to physical media is strange.

I do. So many games get pulled off of digital stores all the time. I'd rather have the physical version rather than digital-only.

There's ways around games becoming unavailable from official storefronts.

Thanks for the NPC dialogue we've seen 5 million times. No one cares. Don't buy the game.

I don't buy digital but I bought this
I also don't get a game during its full price launch window, but this was actually worth the price of admission
I will 100% buy a physical copy if one ever comes out coz my remedy xbox collection is now missing a spot

Mom said that drinking Champagne of Light will make me see Harold of Darkness, but I never believed her.
